Who May Apply?
The 2012 competition is open to high school woodwind, brass and percussion players. Applicants should be high school students who plan to study music at the collegiate level. Applicants should have an interest in music studies in San Luis Obispo County.
The award will be available to college or university students in 2013.
How to Apply
Applicants are to submit to the Scholarship Selection Committee a completed application form along with a one page statement of past musical experiences and future goals in music.
The application form and the statement of experiences and goals must be received on or before Saturday, March 3, 2012.
